The Petal
The Petal is the most basic of our wedding
services—onsite management. Your Event Manager will meet with you to discuss
your arrangements, and you will provide all vendor information. From there, your
Event Manager will create a vendor delivery schedule, as well as agendas for your
rehearsal, wedding, and reception. On your wedding day, you will experience
well-executed onsite management, as well as seamless coordination of the activities of the
wedding party, vendors, and other participants.
The Blossom
At Soirée, we are happy to manage your
event from concept to clean up, but if you have certain elements you would prefer to
handle, we will gladly step in only where you need our assistance. Therefore, in
addition to onsite management on your wedding day, you will be able to choose from our
services a la carte with the Blossom. You will meet with your Event Manager to
discuss your arrangements and the services you would like Soirée to provide.
The Bouquet
The Bouquet is total event management, which
encompasses design, planning and coordination responsibilities for all of your wedding
activities. We will take care of it all—invitations, ceremony and reception
location, guest accommodations, caterer, baker, musicians, photographer, videographer,
wedding program design, transportation, onsite management…and we’ll even throw
in a few surprise extras!
